Engine
Car was sputtering and didn’t idle right, engine light came on and took it to Nissan dealership-they replaced EGR valve gasket, exhaust gas recirculating, air filter and did 2 recalls. Then 2 days later the car didn’t want to start and had clouds of white smoke coming out of exhaust. Took back to dealership today and was told I need a new motor-coolant was leaking into cylinder 4.

Engine unexpectedly stalls/stops under power. Along with power steering and brakes. Engine sensors were replaced by dealership. Condition persists and confirmed by dealership. Dealership maintains this is an engine wiring harness issue that shorts out under certain conditions. While engine was operating, dealership was able to cause engine to stop.

Transmission / powertrain
At just over 60,000 miles the vehicle began to chug at slow acceleration. Took to dealership at 60,900 miles. Service advised complete transmission fail and cost to repair $4700 w/taxes. Contact 1-800-NISSAN1 to see if they would honor warranty. Told it would be escalated and determination would be considered with how much money spent at Nissan, service and previous cars owned. Third Nissan owned in 7 years.

Nisan rouge svawd 70K milage. When driving suddenly the vehicle loss power and shakes drastically reducing the speed and is uncapable to fast acceleration. CVT service now popup on the scree. Electrical system
My check engine light came on in my 2018 Nissan rogue. I took it to the Nissan dealership where I purchased the car on 6/12/23 my odometer had 35,370 miles at this time. Service technician found that check engine light was on due to codes: PO447;PO075; and code PO012. Per the service receipt I received after paying $5.023 these were the listed issues and repairs: short in the electronic control ignition harness.

While driving one day in november 2024, the master warning light and the automatic emergency braking system off warning light came on. With 2 malfunction warnings: “not available system malfunction with the lane departure warning symbol” and “AEB malfunction”. If you try to use cruise control a loud siren is alerted since these 2 malfunctions are happening.
